林全強調，關鍵在於改善經濟結構，才能帶動長期成長。短期部分，僅是在不景氣時，政府可做些努力，讓不景氣情形稍微緩和一下，還是要從結構性競爭力著手。至於聘請155名政務顧問，林全表示，政務顧問是無給職，他知道上一任請了200多名政務顧問。很多人會認為無給職顧問是榮譽，他們對很多公共事務也很熱心。有很多政務顧問是他過去在智庫時提供寶貴意見的學者，由他們任行政院政務顧問有很大幫助。2016/8/12
